The project consists of the construction of a 5 classroom block with an adjustment to the playing fields to the rear. The building has a steel frame structure with a duo pitch roof design. 

The external fecade comprises of a mix of complimenting brickwork and through colour render. Windows are aluminium with coloured infill panels. 

The roof is an insulated metal Kingspan system with aluminium soffits and facias. 

The building is heated via a underfloor heating installation. The building is lit using the latest state of the art LED lighting throughout.
