This 3 storey building had a full refurbishment including the replacement of Mechanical and Electrical services, toilet facilities, ceilings, flooring and altering the internal layouts to suit the clients needs. The roof was also replaced as part of the works. The ground floor and a section of the second floor were designed to comply with the specific requirements of Luton Borough Council’s tenant, the Ministry of Justice.
