Location

The building is a single storey, mono pitch with a standing seam roof. It is clad in a combination of timber and coloured render with aluminium windows and underfloor heating, fed by an air source heat pump.

Comprising of two student focused classrooms with a larger, centrally located multipurpose area; a kitchen, office, specialist ‘Calm Room’ and WC facilities are also included. 

 

ASD is a developmental disability that can cause significant social, communication and behavioural challenges and the building is to be used to assist students with the aim of providing a slow integration into mainstream schooling.
