Following the completion of Phase 1, Marlows were employed to carry out the next Phase for the further replacement of Windows, soffits and fascias. Working closely with the school,Marlows agreed a programme of Phased works to minimise the disruption to the school.

The works comprised of the removal of the existing asbestos containing windows and replacing with new aluminium window system, improving heat loss and the aesthetics of the buildings. Soffits and Fascias were also replaced.
