This single storey building has a combination of a flat, sedum green roof with a standing seam finish. Constructed using a steel frame to the central atrium with tradition brick/block and render external walls. Aluminium windows, curtain walling and doors complete the building envelope. PV Panels have been installed to the roof area.

Comprising of two wings, one is for functions and includes a commercial kitchen, lounge area, storage and WC facilities. The other is provides changing rooms for when the sports facilities are in use.

Externally we installed raised planters, bollard lighting, landscaping and a large seating area complete with outdoor furniture.
