The project consists of the construction of a 9 classroom block with an adjustment to the existing sports block for changing room facilities and toilets for the existing muga pitch. The building has a steel frame structure with a strucutral framing system.

The external facade comprises of a mix of complementary brickwork and though colour render. Windows and doors are both aluminium.

The roof is a Euroclad Euroseam standing seam roofing system with aluminium soffits and facias. Heating is provided with Low Temperature Hot Water, with the building being lit using the latest state of the art LED lighting throughout
