The project comprised of 3 Phases including the MUGA pitch to the east of the building. The building is of a thermally efficient timber framed construction with an insulated silicone self coloured render system - including the multi-coloured panels. Windows are a composite window system (Velfac) and external doors are aluminium.

The 20 year guarantee Bauder roof system tops off the building and accommodates the PV array.

An aluminium framed polycarbonate canopy links the new standalone building to the existing school.

Marlow Builders completed the project 12 weeks early by adapting the initial design and by working closely with the end users to maximise construction efficiency.
